bore the cylinders and new bearings.lifters,the works in a rebuild... and there was a little residual water in it that was the steam but it boiled it all out
wasnt mine... some guy just said blow er up and we couldnt deny him. we usually blow up old junkers or 350's. our record was like 17 minnutes no oil or water in an old jeep inline 6.. they're indestructible
You *couldn't* deny him? Someone was holding a knife to your throat? No one in Germany could deny Hilter either. Sometimes you just have to say NO. And if you're going to try to shoot video, maybe you could learn how to light it so people can see what they're supposed to be looking at, instead of the subject being backlit at night by a bonfire.
What a shame to do that to what was a rare and unique 60 year old piece of machinery.. I don't believe it wouldn't have been sold had it been put on ebay or something.. Too bad
