  • Certified Intergalactic!

  • Danke, habe Link gesetzt

  • who played the first piano and the who played the second?

  • @askdhg It's a bit of an educated guess, but I think Anda plays first.

  • @mitchellhodgemeyer I agree-- technique sounds like Anda on first, but I'd not offer anything definitive either.

  • listen to this feels like goddess athena and god apollo came down on earth to play the piano and zeus is conducting the orchestra!!!!!!

  • Is this monophonic or polyphonic?

  • It's actually in E flat major.

  • Perfect.

  • Ah! wonderful memories, the very first record I ever bought was this piano concerto with these two fabulous pianists. They played the Bach double PC on the second side, marvellous I still have it to this day.

  • On the far right is Charlie Chaplin, who wrote that in his life he had met three geniuses - Einstein, Churchill, and Clara Haskil.

Also, these two pianists are a happiness to hear in collaboration! Both Anda and Haskil need more fans than they have.

  • @amadeus9man those geniuses were pretty awesome and mr chaplins really lucky to meet them.

  • Two great pianists of Mozart playing.

  • gorgeous stuff :)
