IHSA Diving Sectionals Montage

I'm from Indiana and I had to fight to get a spot out of sectionals. We have a region meet before state. Top 8 make it out of regionals

Indiana is the state to be in for diving. And sorry to tell you this but that kid who won should not be over 500. I've seen guys in this state with a ridiculous amount of dd and drill them vertical.

sorry i had a fever for 5 days, bronchitis, a posterior sinus infection, didn't leave my bed, then dove at state like shit.... where is the excuse making? i never blamed anything on being sick. I was nervous i wouldn't be in good shape to dive, which i ended up not being. it's not like i'm saying if i wasn't sick i would have won state or anything, but i woulda done better than 43rd. i'm really not sure what your problem is...

yea, that has been a problem for him, but it's gotten quite a bit better this year. he's even beaten me at a few six dive meets so far this year, which he has never done before!

well, ya know how i said i wasn't feeling so good at the beginning? by the end of that day, i had a 101 fever and next day i had bonchitis, posterior sinus infection and a fever. so i didn't go to school ALL week, and then just was like, screw it and drove up there with doc on thursday night. i know it's only a week, but i felt dizzy on the board and in the air, and going in the water made my sinuses feel like a bomb going off in my head. basically, bad meet. 43/48 :( oh well

Just because it is the sectional meet doesn't mean judges can leave their brains at home. It's not Dyson's fault, but that meet was a 450 TOPS. Not to mention i know a lot of people that really deserved to go to state but aren't because of the widespread scoring inflation, and it needs to stop.
