Adventure Comics #0 demonstrated that Silver Age writing generally sucked. Why are modern writers so obsessed with it? I also bet that original Legion story sold much more issues than modern Legion comics.
I practically expected Luthor to escape with all that Brainiac tech. Did General Lane actually plan on this?
I don't have a problem with the reprint, Its got solid art and a decent story. However the Johns part is pretty pathetic, its as if the DC accountants were wagging their fingers at him not to do much on it.
They have to treat this kind of issue as a loss leader, remember the Batman 10 cent issue.
The old colouring I think you have to stay with it, absolutely nothing wrong with it, in fact some of todays colouring is too murky and indistinct (see Simone Bianchi for a prime example)
i used to be a legion fan but just cant climb that hill again how many time are they going to reboot that book

The entire point of Adventure Comics 0 is the return of Connor Kent. That is definitely worth a dollar to me.
