Wanted to clear up last comment. I meant we should be uniting among ourselves first, doesn't mean we can't try to eradicate a system as we don't live in an ideal world. We can unite while eradicating. Your right it's often a minority that makes change happen. But it's better to have a united minority than a disunited majority. Waiting for ideals would lead to procrastination. So I am with you there. At times we just have make moves for change even on our own. Genuine cause attracts needed backup

Surely we need to unite our own black community before we try to irradicate a system that affects us? Form a collective of like minded people even if we disaggree with each other on certain issues. We can then put aside certain isssues and work with each other around the main issues at hand. That way we can effectively irradicate the people from within our own community who will either backout and sellout when the going gets tough or be a hindrance to the progression of the black community.

I believe you can try to eradicate the system before the black community is united. It's never taken a majority to create change or even dismantle something. Dr. Neely Fuller, Jr., author of the book "United Independent Code/System/Conduct", has a great insight on how this can be achieved through codified behavior. I don't always follow his advice with my own behavior but his logic is sound. You should check his book out.
