I reckon the world map's gonna be what is shown towards the end of the trailer; Link travelling around above the clouds on the bird. It would make sense to do something similar to Wind Waker, as the art styles are similar anyway. The bird could be the King of Red Lion's replacement, and instead of octos emerging to consume you; have those giant black worm things that swallow Zelda. I feel that's whats gonna happen - primarily because I dreamt about Skyward Sword having giant creatures lately :P
