u need to press the scaple by pressing the bag... u'll see 4 arrows that goes up, down left and right...you need to move the cursor to the right arrow first then up... repeat it until something happens...

go in the locker room and take the nameplate from the cage. in normal world in locker room is also on one locker a nameplate you can take. use both nameplates on karens office door and click names in this order: bill, marie, lukas. :) then in that room put the doll in the cage

after that, go back the normal world at floor 1 and go all the way to the hallway...(find the elevator)

the piece of paper form the wallet is actually a part of the code to the last room...

to open the door, you need to get a bronze and iron key plus unlocking the code... the bronze key can be retrieve from the the body at the surgery room using the x ray pic in the archive room...(put it in the lightbox and use scaple... to retrieve the iron key you need to go to the Dark world to kill Lucas...the iron key will be dropped on the floor....

maybe you first should use the eye to look at/examine object, next use the hand to interact the object. You tried use that on the bottom chair (

Look at the CHAIR on the FAR LEFT, under the Fruits are Candy sign. One of the chairs is unstable. Take one of the Chair Legs from it. Go to the otherworld, go upstairs to the second floor to the room with the sticky quarter. Then use your chair leg on the sticky thing. Go back to the real world to the first floor to the room with the burned corpse. Use the sticky chair leg on the drain to get a coin.
