Yeah, not everyone may be privilaged enough to have good jazz guitar teachers at their local music store. And not necessarily every teacher really should be teaching. I agree that there are deffnitely things you cant learn on this site, but there's deffinitely a lot more options here than you can get from just having one private instructor.
Naw, it's a lot of fun. I've taken lessons from Jeff for about 3 months and it works pretty well. I can't take lessons from a live teacher because I travel too much. Schedule changes every week. For me, this online stuff is really great.
