Thsi is one of my favorite movies, and i learn more about it every time i watch it, because you cnat just watch it once. It is such a fantastic movie, and he is also fucking hot.I wish i was her<3 so cute. probably a good kisser to. But this movie is amazing, with a good soundtrack to. and i dont even undertstand this song, but i kind of like it hahahaha.

no, the whole point to the movie was the end. frank the rabbit was actually frank, donie's sisters bf, who was the guy who ran over Gretchen and then got shot in the face by Donnie. so, the reason donie was havin those "hallucinations", was actually so he could go back in time, sacrifice himself and save the lives of frank, Gretchen, his mom and little sister who both die in a plane crash because she had to go instead of the other mom who was workin on defending the pedo Donnie exposed.

He saved Frank, Gretchen and his mom, but Sam died anyway, didn't she? She was in that plane. Somebody forgot about it making "S. Darko".

sam lives because it was a vortex or wormhole or wtv that took the plane down which was there because of frank.. since franks now bin saved no vortex... am i right? iunno.. either way it was a nutty ending...

I don't think Sam died. Her and the mom only get on the plane in the tangent universe. After Donnie stays in bed they would never get on the plane.
