  • @ls1eater OK, sorry. Shouldn't have said "old". How about youthful graying. I like how right after you say "no help" he helps you. lol 4 plates = 415? 45 x 9 = 405. That math part gets tricky sometimes. Ask your spotter to calculate it for you next time, just before he gives a lift off. lol

  • @mrrockyrooster Some gyms have 55 lb. bars, instead of 45 lb. bars. Just saying.

  • Not to hate, but this guy looks to be at least 225, probably more like 245-250. That would make this less than a double body weight lift. this guy has to be in the 455 range or better to really be considered strong.

    i was refering to elbow wraps they help your bench by about 10 to 15 pounds easy

  • With ya ass coming up you got help...trust me! Wraps dont help ya bench it supports your wrist. Good lift nonetheless...
