@Emanusmell There's a endless trial that you can play as long as you want though It's limited. So If you want the full version you'll have to pay 14.99$ a month. Or you can pay for 3 months at a time or 6 months at a time which then the price will drop a bit In total.

I would give it 9/10 because of the order and destruction problems and the small glitches (like they say) But i like it more than WoW! Cause when you start you can just go PvP (RvR) and you get nice experience there, no long queue's, on wow in the start you might see 1-3 people around your lvl (at the starting place) but on Age of Reckoning then there is those cool quests and reward, and we got the renown points, influence rewards - Ye! So warhammer is VERRY nice :)

@Anihilist13 It's absolutely worth picking up. It's everything WoW SHOULD have been. Keep battles? Oh my god, where to start. Makes the "tower" objectives in WoW feel like putting a fisher price toy tonka truck next to a dump truck. It can't explained, you have to EXPERIENCE it.

Missions? Totally more fun in WAR. Public missions are fucking AMAZING.

Graphics? 'nuff said. Think of comparing a cartoon such as The Clone Wars next to Star Wars Episode 3.

A lot of things have changed, forexample, the sides are SO balanced right now. Of course, it depends on the server, but the ones I play on, it's really balanced.

@MrMurock You can start PvP'ing from level 1, and you can go all the way to the level cap without touching a single mission. Or you can mix it up and do both. Or you can just level by doing missions. The choice is yours.

dude take my advise i have played both games for nearly a year now and trust me you should make a choice between the two if you love pvp go with WAR if you love PVE and a large community go with wow but if you want maturity war is much better

Then TBC came out and it got kind of bad...then WotLK came out and it got even worse and patch 3.2 is making it where a corpse could get to 80. I'm probably switching to Warhammer just because it seems consistant and doesnt look like it will shit all over itself somewhere down the line.

there is pve its just not as big as WOW. Not by any means. Its geared towards a PVP atmosphere, but PVE is still there, just not as deep.

i think that the feel of WAR's PVP is really really good ( how u just get a mass of about 20 people in minets to do a RVR / PVP is really good . and i get the feel that no class is too overpowerd. but wow's pvp is so fking bad tbh i h8 it , but i love wow pve its fun aditive and u wona keep omeing back for more to get the peace of armour u missed or a few or vagdes and such .

over all if u like PVP go for WAR

WoW is old, and boring

WAR is new, fun, a few minor glitches, but it'll even out.

When WAR started, it went ALOT SMOOTHER than when WoW came out, you can't compare now wow to now WAR.

I played WoW since day 1, and right when I finished WotLK ((completely sucky suck suck expansion, made the game more imbalanced, alot like burning crusade)) I sold my account and bought LE WAR. and I like it :D

The subscriber base dropped dramatically from launch but is steadied off now at about 300.000 so that 250 guess wasnt so bad. But thats only half way through the year, i would bet, just because the pvp is so much more fun in WAR you will see it over a million after a year from launch.

Ok. I am a WoW player and a WAR player. In WoW my guild has downed all end game raiding material. We wern't the first but ya we got it down. I left WoW to play WAR... At first I liked WAR but as the game wen't on I got more disapointed. It is so full of bugs, and not just little bugs really annoying as fk bugs... so those of you who are thinking of trying it... don't. WoW is much better as an mmo.

Warhammer online is a better game than WOW i think. WOW didnt do anything for me.. The same stuff over and over again. Where at WAR I can change to do some PQ if I want to, maybe a little RVR, battling for Keeps or go through the quests. Love this game. My subscription had just ended a few days ago, but I am definately gonna play this game

The PvM is weak. The PvP is how you best grind experience. Knockback is the new mez (Mythic fails to learn from previous mistakes), range pwns melee (healer knockbacks making melee even worse), and endgame is your first siege which is identical to every other siege. Have you SEEN the dungeons? Rooms with mobs that hit super hard and have large healthpools (sometimes even special abilities!) to counter skillspam. INNOVATION.

Hello ORCA4312! While that used to be the case, they are having loads and loads of patches adding things to Open RvR. Some prime examples are upgradable keeps, Renown boosts ,etc. The first one will be tomorrow and one feature will be adding a Open RvR influence sytem similar to PQs. :)

Im sure WAR is good enough, but whatever Blizzard touches turns to gold, so does World of Warcraft. World of Warcraft has 11 million subscribers, there are tons of nice features in the game. (So, WoW in my opinion.)

currently I'd say WoW. It's been out longer, so it has more content, a more solid player base, etc. However, if you want the full experience, you'll have to get WoW and the 2 expansions (TBC and WotLK), and that can get kinda expensive.

Since WAR hasn't been out as long, you could wait until there's more content.

I'd get the WoW trial ($2 at almost anywhere), and play that to see how you like it. Then I'd wait until WAR has a trial and play that, and choose what you like better.

All these fuckers had to do was make it so if the realm that take both your relic and hold it for a week they could enter your realm and not just your frontier, and daoc would be alive and well. With daoc, they focus on PvE too much.
