cool reviews...but isnt the taster suppost to be cleansing the pallet after each wine? maybe he should slow down, cuz wont he still carry over the taste of the last wine when he trys the next? plus , what bout the glass shouldnt that be cleaned? just wondering.
the glass should be cleaned with the next wine, especially when you taste alone, there is enough wine right?!
