cloud is all about timing and block, if u do these well, ur opponent is fked up, since cloud is the strongest damage dealer

In terms of style, AC Cloud rocks, but he really lacks in any fast combos, and thats a pain in the backside (does have an infinite tech tho, using the bravery attack in midair, cancel it with a neutral air dodge b4 the last hit, then repeat which cant be broken out from) Meteor tech ftw!

Well with any move you wanna cancel, you instantly use a neutral air dodge (R and X, no direction pressed) and then start again. In Clouds case, you wait till his second mid air hit (O-O then DONT press O the third time), cancel, then start again. You have to have no mid air dodge distance boosts on though or you will move too far away to follow up. Certain guys have ground combo to air combo infinites, but they r harder to do and require a forward ground dodge, then neutral after the air hit.

Yeah, this sephiroth was difficulty 6 and equal level to me which i believe at that time was 99...i just wanted to get the effect of two omnislashes in a row...

if it helps, what theyre saying really doesnt matter...the only reason to play through the story is for the Coliseum mode that you unlock after beating all the stories.
