I still remember the night I first saw this on SYTYCD--this was the TRUE meaning of the term 'shock and awe'! These years later it still inspires me with it's movement and flow, and the music is perfect. Never watched dance until season 4, now an avid fan--but somehow I feel I will never experience anything quite like this again. The cliche they us in sports fits so well--this one was truly one for the ages!!!!

It's a sport called tricking. the three guys are jeremy marinas, anis cheurfa and daniel graham i believe. its an aesthetic blend of gymnastics and martial arts, so preferably u should have either of these bases. however u can also be self taught through youtube etc.

@SaphiraDiamond1 : Because it works. Using a song like that for this piece allows the work to be more compelling. The contrast as well as the ending gives a somewhat bittersweet mirror of beauty; how it fades and how we appreciate it. Had they used a fast song, chances are, the piece wouldn't have been able to give that. It would've been limited to being just another strong hip hop routine that tends to elicit nothing more than excitement. This approach makes it more powerful in my opinion.
