  • I can picture this guy giving himself a good ol' David Carradine in a Hong Kong hotel with some smut on a screen and rice chips through the sheets.

All on the card of course. Thing is he paid for it, so it really shows the media are a pack of whores themselves in this country!

  • media bullshit and your own bullshit*

  • This guy's holding out for a quango posting.

He's growing the obligatory chin of a labour union apparatchik.

1 million people need their homes insulated: why don't they go and buy some pink bats?

  • coz they aint cheap ya fuckwit and peeps wuld rather spend dat money on feeding their kids for a month!

  • Platitude: snore ####

More like drinking and putting their money into bright shiny machines you tool! - 1 million people can't afford pink bats? - This isn't Mozambique.

I'll have my violin ready for your reply.

  • Whats the average to low class demographic of 16 years + dick? Yep you guessed it, 1 million. How many of them are home owners? Less than 25%. 1million people need homes installed but less than 250, 000 have the means, of which all will be of the average thicko.

  • Nice to see that Labour's nine years in power weren't wasted. They are quite good at entrenching a certain core constituency, but then if they allowed people to prosper by leaving them alone and telling the maori demagogues they suck up to to get fucked people may have a bit of money for basic necessities and not need them.

  • Yeah nah i agree with that. I've never supported Labour. The average to low class demographic is relevant eh coz cost is a reality. Btw ow Maori -go-round economic drain is a myth.

  • I was worried for a moment, it seemed you were saying the only way to get the price of bats down was through government subsidies.

National don't seem to get this. Bunch of crass populists campaigning on unsubstantiated change who in actuality are a cabinet of people we sensibly dispensed with in 1999.

You're right about the drain being a myth, although the discontent it causes is an indirect economic drain. That and it's archaic and morally repugnant.

NZ's political class suck, Labour esp.

  • Fuck there are plenty of ways to bring the price of everything down! Well if people were stopped being fed media bullshit then there would be no reason to be discontent eh? Tru though that we have inherent problems, but fuck, it'll just get worse if you dont keep putting the resources in. Its cultures clashing, not morally void ow.

  • Doesn't seem to bother the trawls of Maori people who ditch all of the oedipal perks of the NZ government for Australia.

Generally it's considered a sign of an asset's lack of value or potential when no-one bar the government is prepared to invest in it.

People are people and Aotearoa's original inhabitants were a strand of sea-worm - I suggest we set up tribunals for white-bait grievances and have that gang of thieves we call our state tribute the money we work for to those. Seem fair?

  • Pfft let them go. If you aint a part of the solution then you're a part of the problem and if you're going to be a problem then yeah, piss off.

    Or control it

I wasnt refering to "those resources".

  • What does this average to low class demographic obscurantist nonsense that's been invented to keep bean counters like you off the streets and getting the emotively susceptible riled up actually comprise of? People who can afford pink bats in spite of Labour. Not because of Labour's Maori-go-round economic barbarism.

They talk tough when they're out of power don't they?

It's a shame that the government can't give you anything it hasn't taken from you first.

  • Oh so youre just focusing on Maori eh?

  • No, I mean ineffective redistribution of wealth in general. I hate the divide and rule anti-racism-racism mentality.

  • Comment removed

  • Totally, last resort of course.

Call me a pragmatic-supply-sider with a social conscience.

Sailing my people along the tempest of the market forces of the invisible hand. - Nice motto for a Maori Act candidate from the East Coast. I'll change my name to Wharepaku "John" Delamere for good measure.

Tax credits mean that prices aren't driven up like what happened with that heat-pump debacle - wait until they start breaking down and need replacing, all in roughly five years time.

  • Good thing i aint from the east coast then eh? Me, fuck the heat pumps and pink bats and shower heads and all that other irrelevant shit. Cookie points from the mid-lower class, which make up fuck all anyway.
