I road with a friend in dodge swb 5.7L 90 something. It revs quick but went nowhere fast. It was before the hemi fab. Btw I guess my 94 maxima has a Hemi. Spark Plugs are on top of the head. Go Hemi with the spark plugs on the top. I prefer them in the center.

@gutyram1 pues mira tambien tube una durango 2001 5.9 y era muy violenta y era 4x4... nunca tube la oportunidad de calar contra un hemi pero contra una chevrolet si y sin el 4x4 puesto yo le sacaba como una camioneta y media, con el 4x4 puesto en bajo pues el arranque estaba muy poderoso y claro q las dejaba mucho mas atras pero no mucho tiempo xq con el 4x4 solo me permitia llegar a 120 km/h. el motor de las 5.9 es MAGNUM no era HEMI todavia... espero responder bien tu pregunta...

Put that Hemi against the SS with the 427 in it. Actually, run it against an 03 Sierra, the 03 models, some of them are faster than the 2010 model because the 03 has an L33 5.3 instead of an LM7, the L33 pushes about 390hp (I believe), and has about 100lbs more torque output than a HEMI and also runs 4.30 gears. I know this because my truck is an 03 with the L33, one of the few around, and I eat new HEMI's up all day.

@BLACKLACDTS Yeah but thats at the crank, hemi trucks on the dyno only put out around 300 to the wheels. when we had dyno day the dodge guys were really disappointed that they werent actually layin down 345 hp to the ground. hp ratings from the factory are always rated at the crank not to the wheels. Like my 5.3 when it was stock, they say 315 hp, at the crank. mine stock only put down 285hp to the wheels.

CHEVROLET SS 6.0 con la RAM 5.7 2009 pues ya esta hecho, en estos dias subire unos videos donde estan las 2 trocas nada mas para que no digan q chevrolet trae mas huevos, ni si quiera la super sport puede con el nuevo HEMI, hablando de SRT nada mas porque no salio la RAM con el 6.1 xq tambien le gana al 6.0 pero ahora si va a salir una RAM R/T 6.4L y la RAM SRT-10 para ver ahora si cual le hace algun tipo de competencia, ya no podran ni con el mas chico de los HEMIS el 5.7 de 390 HP jajaja...

@gutyram1 pues mira tambien tube una durango 2001 5.9 y era muy violenta y era 4x4... nunca tube la oportunidad de calar contra un hemi pero contra una chevrolet si y sin el 4x4 puesto yo le sacaba como una camioneta y media, con el 4x4 puesto en bajo pues el arranque estaba muy poderoso y claro q las dejaba mucho mas atras pero no mucho tiempo xq con el 4x4 solo me permitia llegar a 120 km/h. el motor de las 5.9 es MAGNUM no era HEMI todavia... espero responder bien tu pregunta...

Put that Hemi against the SS with the 427 in it. Actually, run it against an 03 Sierra, the 03 models, some of them are faster than the 2010 model because the 03 has an L33 5.3 instead of an LM7, the L33 pushes about 390hp (I believe), and has about 100lbs more torque output than a HEMI and also runs 4.30 gears. I know this because my truck is an 03 with the L33, one of the few around, and I eat new HEMI's up all day.

Dear Gringos: en mexico no hay 1500 porque en mexico solo salen los modelos mas esquipados de cada modelo, ustedes en junkieland (usa) tienen 1,000 versiones de cada modelo, la mayoria austeros.
Por ejemplo: tacoma en mex solo hay trd y 4x4 y en junkieland hay mil versiones mas austeras, lo mismo con todos los modelos. Los stickers los necesitan sus jefas en la panocha para dejar de tener hijos tan drogos y mecos.

but gts ive raced an old 5.0, late 90's gt with mods it was a rich old man, and the gen b4 the new gts that 1 was stock i think but yeah beat them all after second gear....the only 2 cars that have beat me are a ss sc cobalt with mods idk what he had but wasnt stock and a intercooled G35 the VQ35someshit one the good engine 1 lol but yeah i kept up until 4th gear around 75-80mph then they pulled away...i hav a limiter at 100mph

@BLACKLACDTS Yeah but thats at the crank, hemi trucks on the dyno only put out around 300 to the wheels. when we had dyno day the dodge guys were really disappointed that they werent actually layin down 345 hp to the ground. hp ratings from the factory are always rated at the crank not to the wheels. Like my 5.3 when it was stock, they say 315 hp, at the crank. mine stock only put down 285hp to the wheels.
