Further evidence, listen to the song playing in moons/pacmans vid. You can actual hear them making sounds and the music isnt as crisp as it would be if they just dubbed it over. You can tell that they were doing their routine with that song playing at the time (to that song again would be open to interpretation).

Moon on the other hand is still alot better than most tutters. they are amazing dancers and dont just settle for being average. in the dancing world they strive to be better and inspire many people to dance.
