Telstra is a company and that is all they are... i recon competition is great for the average person wanting a faster less costly internet connection..

I dont feel sorry for Telstra at all, i remember a story with a 67yr old lady got charged $56,000 from Telstra and they were going to take her to court when it was there fault.. they have no heart they just see dollar signs dont feel bad for big companies they dont care about you.
