You can get to St. Martin from Miami (American Airlines) Charlotte (US Airways) Philadelphia (US Airways) New York JFK (American Airlines, Jetblue) Atlanta (Delta Air Lines) Newark Liberty (Continental)and from Washington-Dulles (United)

Air France is a direct flight from Paris I believe. I talked to some of the restaurant owners and they said it also brings in a lot of authentic ingredients from France. That's a part of reason why they fly such a big guy.
