Arkham asylum lets u detonate it seperately but u dont have to zoom in on it, u just aim over it.. And thanks alot for this vid, it helped me greatly..

If you had played Arkham Asylum you should already have known that you could detonate them independently and how to do it. Good video upload though for those people who haven't played the first game.

Wow I feel like an idiot haha In Amusement Mile you have to use explosive gel but not independently. I didn't know you could detonate independently. This was huge help. I was getting fucking frustrated haha

this carried over from Arkham Asylum. Surprised people didnt know you could do them independently. shame you cant just toggle select them and you have to arse on zooming in and out, but oh well, one flaw in an otherwise perfect game. Well worth my £70 :)

@bfells Right, you have to read the weapon description for the explosive gel under the "Gadgets" tab. It finally occured to me to go check there, but not after I had spent a long, long time trying various other things to get this trophy. As I mentioned in the video, this is the only time I ever used this technique in the entire game.

One of the things I hate most about this game is how they leave little details like how to detonate the explosives independently out of the manual and maybe comment on their abilities once.

I think the reason it didn't detonate was because it wasn't highlighted*. You were half-on half-off with it while the rest were square on the dot.

*At least from what I could gather. The TV's glow made it hard to tell.
