@munki66 Best I can rationalise it is that it's for real time confirmation of a positive hit. You can't always have eyes on the ground confirming a hit. Likewise there might not be any nearby assets to confirm a positive hit.

Most missiles cost in the 10's of thousands of dollars, each. Throwing on a camera + streaming hardware really is like pissing in the ocean compared to the money involved.

Combine these 2 factors together, and it sort of makes sense.

The SNR-125 (NATO desi. Low Blow as you mentioned) is tracking and missle guidence radar of S-125 Neva (NATO: SA-3 Goa) system.

Thus it's kind of safe to say the site has been hit.
