The island was man-made in this film, set on location in a lake in country Victoria. Rocks were also man-made, with rock faces and trees being computer generated to resemble those in the Northern Territory.

I just watched it :P It was better than I expected. The croc looked and moved realisticaly(I loved the way he spinned around like a real croc) and I had fun. Some scenes sort of reminded me of the looney toons hahaha. The "stick in the mouth" routine works better in cartoons XD

Radha Mitchell is Australian, from Melbourne. She even said that since she's been over to the US, she really had to work on her aussie accent again for this film. Pretty funny though, in Silent Hill, her aussie accent comes out a few times by accident, which i think was awesome, haha :P Anyways, i liked this movie, and i think thats the point, croc's kill real quick so of course your not going to see some slow ass death LOL.

I know crocs kill real quick but i blinked during the movie and bang someone died. More detail would have been good. i've seen the film, and although the plot wasn't exactly 5/5, like ctrlgh pointed out with the deaths, the graphics on the croc were awsome compared to some croc films you see, like CROCADILE and CROCADILE 2, for instance. all good films though i guess.

In croc and shark horror movie you want to see people get killed and lose ther legs and hands, but in this movie only 3 people died and they didnt really show them suffering or how they died. It was quick and pointless. I agree with you that croc looked awesome and realistic but other then that this movie is a shocker.

Wolf creek was a indie film and look how well it did. Rogue went all commercial and it was funded by americans and look how crap it did. Unless you write a great script and think it will do well commercially, stick to indie film making its the way to go.
