In Inkspell, the second book in the trilogy, Dustfinger gives up his life to bring back Farid, who was killed by Basta, who was killed by Mo in Bluejay mode (read the books to find out what I;m talking about). Happily, Mo manages to go to the land of the Dead, makes a bargain with Death to rectify his ticket out of the Adderhead's bonds, and brings Dustfinger back with him. Dustfinger also gets some cool new powers on his return from the dead.
@FantasmaLuna That's like...creepy. Yes, this caused me to go headlong into a crush on Dustfinger (and I have crushes on characters, not actors), but drooling? That's scary, in my opinion.
