Damn, roll Miley around in the dirt and she looks even better. She should add something like this outfit to her clothing line via a dyed dirty look, complete with complementary dirty shampoo.. In terms of make-up, she could come out with a dirt-based makeup with added amino acids of value to the skin, and yet less expensive than the usual makeup.
