This was the BEST ever Gotcha. DLT got so fucked off about it hence it being delayed from being shown, eventually the hairy cunt came around. Worth waiting for. I loved NHP as a kid in the 90s on winter nights and would have loved to have been in the audience when it was shown live. Sat evening TV is SHIT NOW with x fucking factor and strictly or crap like that as is radio. We had NHP, YOU BET, PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT, PRICE IS RIGHT, GENERATION GAME back then...bliss.

If John Peel was to be believed a lot of the DJ's from the pre-Bannister era at R1 couldn't stand each other. There's some horror stories about 'get-together's' they used to have at each others houses, involving who could out do each other with increasingly awful practical jokes. DLT and Edmond's name were often mentioned if I recollect.
