Since KTS stands for Korean TEST Server, it have to carry superior rates in order to be tested faster. If I understood your question :)

Tier is same as Angel and Kenta. Gnoll's in Lasky should drop them (they are bugged seem's) or +120 or +130 Monsters.

It have a target buff skill but isn't really a buffer. It should be a good Tank pet. You can see more in Rappelz Wikia :)

Hello. He need to be at least lvl 50 but I suggest you do it lvl 60(to be overbreeder +10). Then you go to a NPC Breeder/Tamer and Click Creature Evolution :)
