I think Polamalu is great but he also benefits in being in a great system that lets him roam around. If he was in a normal defense, I dont think he would be as good. Either way, they are 1 and 2, but everyone sees Polamalus face a lot more and the media puts him out more.

@gazono2 football 101 in football you have 4 downs to make it atleast 10 yards forward. most often there are only used 3 of these and the 4th one to punt the ball to the defense ( punt = kick like a keeper does in soccer ) then now the defense has it den they do the same as mentioned above a tuchdown gives you 6 points then after that you could also go for a field goal wich gives you 1 point or a 2 point convertion wich is like a regular play.
