Oh yes! Tatanka! I remember his undefeated winning streak was lost against Giant Gonzales... I was pretty young back then, and I believed this was all real, and as the bell rang at the beginning, I was already feeling sad for Tatanka because nobody could beat Gonzales at the time LOL... And of course, afterwards, I became an Undertaker fan cause only he could avenge Tatanka. Yeah, I thought Taker was friends with Tatanka. I was retarded.
Barry Horowitz was extremely talented wrestled. If only he would learn one more signature finishing move, he could be at least a solid mid card superstar, not a jobber.
Tatanka....a guy even Horowitz had difficulty putting over. Terrible. You shouldn't be allowed to Samoan Drop anyone unless you're Samoan or could pass for one, otherwise you look lame as hell. Or Cena.
Tatanka was brilliant back in the day! It's a shame the WWF didn't have a European title back then because he would have been a great champion. In 1992/93, Tatanka deserved a belt for his popularity and performances
Agreed. When I first saw Tatanka I was mesmerized by the whole Native American topic. I used to always get my Dad to tell me everything I knew about Native Americans.
Tatanka was an outstanding performer back in the day, not sure if the whole heel thing worked for him though? What do you reckon? ;)
used to be my fav wrestler..tatanka

The undefeated Tatanka against the unvictored Barry Horowitz. Hmm... I wonder who's going to win this one.
KittColby 7 months ago
Harowitz should have been champ.
Best part of this video,
Vince McMahon: "Tremendous athlete Tatanka is..."
At the exact same time Vince said that, Tatanka was barely able to do a leap frog, nearly botching two in a row. Sheesh.

@Ant1Live He almost botched a slam too..........but he was very young here he became an excellent wrestler

Barry Horowitz was a champion back in NWA Florida and GWF. The WWF should have let him not job more than twice.

Didn't they call that finishing move "the end of the trail"?
etemon777 1 year ago
@etemon777- Around mid 1994, near his heel turn, they changed the name of it from "The Papoose to Go" to "The End of the Trail."

Rick Martel is not gay. His character is a fashion model. 1 of the GREATEST heels of the late 80s/early 90s.
