is this for mma or boxing? if for boxing the right hook to the body, need to use more leg, hip, lower to the right first then throw it, otherwise no power. losen your shoulder, at the moment they look very stressed.
for the knees, use your upper body, push, pull and knee.
Good vid. You have decent hand fluidity. The advice that you've recieved on these comments is very precise and technical. I noticed though, that your pulling your punches back right before they connect. Try visualizing your punch ending a foot behind the heavy bag for a harder follow through. Also turn your hips with your punch and turn your fist over right before impact to generate snap. Hope it doesn't sound arrogant, but I've included a vid of my own for your critique.
yeahh this is a lot better your right looks perfect noww, but my trainer tells me to keep my left hand hanging out just a bit soo you can get a better more faster jab, but yehh this is greatt!!
Ya, circle while throwing the jab, and open up your legs more when throwing the right. like hitting a baseball. Move your left leg out and leve your right on the bag a little longer to transfer more power. Circle more to your right to get away from your opponents right power hand, also swat with your right hand while throwing the jab slap his jab out of the way.
What`s the weight of the punch bag and what`s your own weight ?
I myself am 100 kg ( fat mostly ) and like slow motion compared to you ( that`s another quiestion ) but my punch bag is only 20 kg and it flys all over the place . Now i'm thinking of puting sand bags inside of it instead of the rags it`s currently full with .
Nice man, your hands have gotten a lot faster for sure looks more powerful too. Throw a combo and circle while jabbing instead of sorta standing in the same spot. When elbowing have the non-striking hand covering your fore-head unless your clinching, for the knees try to throw your hips forward followed by the knee if that makes sense. Thanks for the comments on my vid, peace.
cool vid good hand speed
