In the late 50s & into the70s News Intro Music! The very start of this piece to 019 was used as "Action Central" newscast theme music by radio stations. Then faded/cut right after that. No royalties were paid because the opening bars to music are deemed copyright free. And the music was covered under blanket ASCAP/BMI licensing anyway. :)
