well i did see a shot of a myan temple after "Black Kids" came up with a triangle above the lettering. the lyrics mention apocalypse so i'm pretty sure the song is about the 2012 theory about the world ending. it's gaining attention because of the movie and the fact that we're getting closer to the infamous date: December, 21st, 2012. i'm pretty sure this song is just about the future and what's to come next. it's pretty sweet

Actually I think you're right, at first I thought it was just to show different old cartoons, but now if you listen to the lyrics like "When the lock says stop, we're all gonna drop" and "Look at me when I rock with you sure, I know it's apocalypse".

Maybe what they're getting at is how far we've come, from old cartoons, something so simple, and then to spaceships, but that now it's all going to end with the Mayan prophecy.

The Mayan prophecy of 2012 idea is from that temple they show.

She is Christain maybe and won't give it up because of her beliefs. And I think he's trying to use her belief against her to get laid.
