if you still need them... "icons" on top of the screen as you say, its called RocketDock... free download and customize with themes.. go to google and seach... "Rocket Dock"
New video of this coming very soon where you start your computer and have the theme on straight away you dont need any programme.. home made vista theme by me coming very soon.. your love it!
Thanks, i just needed the program though, i usually use it but i accidentally destroyed the file :S
