I have setup a CISS on my Epson Workforce 600 and I'm getting annoyed with the ink levels reporting inaccurate levels. My CISS is the same you demonstrated and it ain't like other CISS with reset buttons. How can I reset them?
@Islandofbones It seems to me that you are having an issue with the cartridges not being seated properly. The best way to determine this would be to pull on the tab on top of the cartridge straight up to see if it's locked in or not. The best way to fix this problem would be to remove the cartridges and set them in 1 by 1 pressing firmly on all cartridges and pressing forward on that tab.
I just got my system today from you guys for my epson wf 1100. It works at first but than I keep getting the message epson does not recognize the cartridge. Different colors. I have tossed out 6 sheets of expensive transfer paper already because of this, I reset it 5 times now in 2 hours time of using the system. I do a test it works fine, than after a page or 2 the does not recognize the cartridge pops up again. VERY frustrating, please advise.
It was pretty simple. It didnt work for me first because i did not press cartridges hard enough and printer of course could not recognize them, but then when i looked how deep original cartridge sits, i pressed harder and voila! it works perfectly! prints great and will last for ages :D
I made several hundred calendars on my epson workforce 610 and refilled the cartridges about three times. Then the color stopped. The cleaning process shows the last two are not getting to the printer. Where it should be brown or apex, it is light blue. I replaced oringinal cartridges, replaced ink, ran it thru both comp and e[pson cleaning process dozens of times, but the colors won't come thru.
@MultiDaniel56 Try taking out the cartridges and using a napkin and rubbing alcohol to wipe down the 'spikes' inside of the printer carriage that go into the bottom of the cartridges. Focus on the tip of them to clear up any clogs. Then reinsert the cartridges, run 1 'head cleaning' and then run 1 'nozzle check'. If the check is bad, do 1 more 'head cleaning' and let the printer sit over night. Do a nozzle check the next day to see if it clears up.
@SuperToBuy If it doesn't clear up, then do one more head cleaning and another nozzle check afterward. Let it sit again if necessary so the printhead can soak up the ink. There is no need to do more than 2-3 head cleanings back-to-back whenever you troubleshoot your printer. You can actually 'overclean' your printhead, causing none of the colors to come out. Hope this helps!
I have a Workforce 610, and I was wondering if you were able to detach the cartridge lid without breaking it. If so, how exactly? If you can, please post a video on that?
i have an EPSON 610 my problem is i can not print it always says on the screen open the scanner and replace cartridge. I just buy a new cartridges and it still not working and it always says the same on the screen.i wipe the box container of cartridges with tissue paper until i cant see no more spilled ink in it but it is still want me to replace the cartridge. what the problem of it? and how will i solve it?
@zain19 The color of the cartridges are different, so you would have to get a system that is made specifically used with your pritner. Go to our website and type in "CX9400" in the quickfind field and you will be able to pull up the item you need.
hey since you have some experience with the workforce 310 (you used the 610 but whatever they're similar) does it charge ink often? I have an older epson that charges ALLLL THE TIME and it wastes ink, which is why I'm considering buying a different brand. Does the WorkForce do this? If not, please let me know thanks !
@ayaneforever It seems that the workforce charges the ink a little bit during initialization, but it's not too much. Once you convert to either a CIS system or refillable cartridge, the ink you waste is insignificant when compared to the money you save using third-party inks. You just have to get good quality ink like ours!
@ayaneforever This printer doesn't clean the print all time. But I belive you can go into the settings and turn off the automatic printhead cleaning function, which we are able to do on our Artisan 710. Hope this helps!

@lu123545 try to press them on place harder! i had same problem until i really pushed them down. Make sure u hold cartridge not under angle but straight! and push down hard. good luck!
The Epson WF 600 has a cover over the ink supply, in the video you don't have that. the printer won't work without the cover being closed so you can't simply remove the cover. What do I do?
I ran into the same problem. If you look at the front right corner of the ink supply (where the hinge for the cover is) you will see a split in some of the plastic. This allows you to slide the right hinge directly to the right, releasing that side of the cover. You can then get the other side out thus removing the cover without damaging any parts. Then slide the first part back in (I can't remember if it clicks back or not, but it will feel secure). Good to go!
Excellent job! You saved me because the place I bought it from on ebay had "p" poor instructions and without your video, I would have been lost! Thank you... Thank you.. Thank you! I'll have to check out your website because hopefully I can purchase one of these for my Epson Stylus R260.
Hi Peter i have a EPSON STYLUS 600 WF is it the same as the EPSON600 WF?? it appears to be the same or is there some difference, can i use the CIS that your demonstrating in your video ??? if so what product do i look for on the SuperToBuy site,do you ship to Ireland.Great video
@yammo12 That is the same printer and this system will work for it. Unfortunately, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada. I suggest to look around your area and see if there is someone around you that sells these type of systems. They can save you TONS of money on printing! Cheers!
I removed the cartridge cover prior to doing this video. You have to use a flat-head screwdriver to carefully remove this cover. Then you can proceed with installation. CAUTION: There is almost a 90% chance you might break the lid, which can void the manufacturer warranty!
It all depends. We haven't had a customer come in with a WF 1100 yet, so we are unable to make a video for it. You just have to pay close attention to where the cartridge carriage goes underneath the hard plastic bridge. Ink lines tend to get caught underneath there. You might have to hold it down with something like how we did it in our Epson NX415 video. Hope that helps!
@SuperToBuy Hi I live in Mexico and i bought a Continious Ink Supply System but no print, could you give your customer number phone please? the black Cartridge no work, or I don´t know what happen ,my messenger is . thank you for your great help
@thepoderosotiburon If you take the cartridges out, you'll see spikes that poke into the bottom of the cartridges. Ink might have dried up there preventing ink from flowing. Wipe down those spikes with a napkin and a little bit of rubbing alcohol. Then print a couple color test pages, do a head cleaning and print several more color test pages. Let me know how this works out for you. Remember to install the air filters for your system, because this can be the problem too...

I'm wondering about the ink - The Epson ink is fast-drying and waterproof - how does the CISS ink compare?
l0gically 1 year ago
@l0gically Our dye ink isn't waterproof on plain copy paper, but it is waterproof on photo paper. Our ink is also fast drying as well.
