His wicket could have made a difference to the outcome regardless of his form (he was in poor form during the 'Cup). Teams need to be allowed to refer a certain number of decisions to the TV umpire. It may slow the game a bit, but dont we World Cups to produce results in the fairest manner possible ? ICC will never learn lessons from the past.
