How is this sad? If you want to win you'll have to be better than anyone else, and by getting someone who is better than the normal RS voice actors, you have a better chance to win.

+ It's really good for the voice actor aswell, as his voice won a prize in an international competition for best voice acting

@EvilYakuza The majority of entrances weren't professionally done bar a few. Whilst true that you did want the competitive advantage, (it may just be me) but I would have much more respect for your winning place had you been on a level playing field with the other competitors.

But I have to agree to your second point, I didn't think of the credit that the voice actor got from this competition, which will add a major part to his credentials.

The is no fair play in competitions, if you want to win you'll have to be as unique as possible. I'm not gonna lie, winning was a goal while making this video because when I became second place in the Machinima 2010 video I didn't do my best. This time, even if it shouldn't have won something atleast I would know I tried my best.

So when most videos don't use professional people I'm not going to join the crowd and hope I win you know?

Ik vraag me nu af, stop je enkel met Rs video's, of ook met Rs zelf.

Als je enkel met de video's stopt, kan je niet echt stoppen vind ik.

Begrijp me niet verkeerd. Maar er zal een moment zijn dat je een geweldig idee krijgt over een verhaal, en dat je dit wilt verfilmen, gewoon omdat het zo epic is. En dan ga je zowiezo een vid maken, opnieuw.

Het is dan niet geforceerd, dat is juist het leuke, gwn het laten komen en gaan :)
