I agree with much he's saying about the emergent church, from my own studies. But we could even take it a step further back. Consider the falsehood in many of the teachings of the Nazarene church, many of which revolve around the concept of the "Mourner's Bench." It's always best to go back to the Bible for all we practice and preach
