In the 80's when this machine was big, they did it all on board in Hex. its all i have ever done without really understanding it.

You sir are a god among men. This is probably the best Mirage tut I've seen yet. I love my Mirage. I've been using it as a bass keyboard and for stabs because I could never figure out how to get rid of that annoying clipping.

Hell yes. I have a pretty advanced computer studio, but I picked up a mirage and an ASR 10, and still have an old EPS. I was introduced into music with this old gear. It will always have a home in my studio.

Informative video. Yes it can be hard work getting Mirage to loop right but often I like to use a "bad" loop that has a glitch in it for an effect.

Also hard to get rid of the click when pressing a key.

I didn't onow there was a software but can't find it on the Net. It would make things easier. Do you have a link?

I'd have to agree. This is a pretty amazing video- I'll have to try it his way sometime but I was never fussy about bad loops. Compared to my Casio Sk-1 the Mirage was a luxury machine.
