@BatteryBlaster I have seen movies like Little Manhattan where the sequel's plot line has nothing to do w/ the original (My Girl). But Little Manhattan is a commercial movie (entertainment), it deserves to give its fans what they want: see Gabe and Rosemary in a relationship. On the petition, it DEMANDS to have the original cast and crew. This movie could end Charlie's hiatus and kick start her career again. The story-line could be better than the original, we just have to wait and see.

@hadokensolexploder Charlie is starring in The Hunger Games coming out this spring. He starred in a movie that was an oscar nominee for best film last year... And the whole thing that made little manhattan good was that they didn't end up together. It's not a perfect love story. Why would you ruin a story about growth and realization that things arent always perfect by making things perfect?
