There has never been any copyright notice on any videos that I've copied from---not in the vid itself; not in the accompanying text---,& I think that the info that I put in the description texts of my vids makes it very clear to any reasonable person, that I am not violating anyone's rights. Check out what I say in the description, & maybe try it yourself.

@neltiliztlamani no not my huitzilopochtli02 channel I had a chemtrails channel back in 09 recorded chemtrails for a whole year and put some of Jessee's V stuff up on it and the channel was taken down.

@HUITZILOPOCHTLI002 Come to think of it, I am reminded, that I have witnessed YT being VERY inconsistent, about just about EVERYTHING that it does. I don't know if they target kinds of people, but some people say they target pro-Palestinian people, which makes me concerned. It used to look, to me, like they censored anything written in Arabic script, but I discovered that it was Apple doing that. The Arabic I wrote, only disappeared when I looked for it while using their Safari browser.

@neltiliztlamani I'm not familiar with the intricacies of the Fair Use law, but I'm pretty certain you can't just post this material and claim fair use. You need to make commentary or do something other than show someone else's work. I don't see how a description protects you from infringing on the rights of the creators who wrote, scripted, edited, and produced this steaming pile of shit.

@veXati0n You apparently got that adding commentary idea from the fact that in order to copyrights something that one copied from someone's else's work, one has to add or something or alter it. Any use of copyrighted material "to advance understanding of ecological, political, human rights, economic, democracy, scientific, moral, ethical, and social justice issues" is fair use. In other words it's fair use to use it to inform, or educate people, on such matters.

@neltiliztlamani Professional news agencies use other people's copyrighted work in their reports, very quickly after they are available; too quickly for them to have time, to ask for, and receive any permission. They do so openly & repeatedly. News & education are the most common fair uses, & both would be destroyed without fair use. That's why it was written into the law.
