Wow. You know the pokemon creators should really take some of these fakemon since some of THEIR pokemon are just ridiculous D:< Take Sigilyph as an example. I really like the second fakemon the one that looks like a gryphon and it would be awesome if it could learn fly. I also love the one at minute 1:16 are those its other forms? COOL! I obviously like the one after and am guessing its evolutions. You know the green dragon? Then the other one at 1:32 is just ridiculous epic. Awesome

I usually find that fanmade Pokemon are terrible, but some of these I would love to see as real Pokemon! Namely, the evo lines starting at 0:15, 0:21, 0:33 (wolf in sheep's clothing?), 0:42, 0:44, 0:52, and 0:56 (my favorite one). I don't like the starters. Sorry! They don't have personality or uniqueness, and the grass and fire ones aren't based on something familiar. I'm guessing you made them first because the later Pokemon's art style better matches Sugimori's.

OK I love the platypus water starter. The pig one, is that supposed to be fire type? it reminds me of the tepig evolutions (cool). These would make amazing pokemon. I have to admit, I think the one thing I HATE about Fakemon is based off the name: FAKE-mon. Because honestly, the designs that Fans come up with are just SO much more interesting than the actual ones. By far.

I feel like, if anything, Fakemon have much more depth for the sole fact that they don't go by the general style of the Pokemon franchise. At some point they all start to look the same, but very few Fakemon creators know how to just create such a great appeal.

These are all fantastic. You really managed to capture the art style used by Nintendo and Game Freak pretty much perfectly (which in my opinion, is the most important thing to consider when judging fakemon). This is, by far, the best collection of fakemon I've ever seen.

@MasterHignog Not really, all they have to do is make it different enough and they avoid any legal issues. I don't own the things these guys are based on anyway, only the designs. Nintendo could easily do a "wolf in sheep's clothing" or a mussel (0:40) and I wouldn't be able to say or do anything (even if I wanted to). Copyright only goes so far when it comes to art. Gamefreak will be fine idea wise anyway. They have infinite combination and pure imagination that is at their disposal.

It doesn't really look like Skarmory there a too many features that don't make sense even if it was 1:04 starters were the first fakes in the vids (but have been remade) 1:08 Rock Poison 1:21 again starters are at the beginning

The starters I was a little iffy about, but the "Griffen" Evolution line actually made me want to pick those beginning normal/flying as part of my team. (They looked great). I have to admit the grass types looked a little too generic. And the Sandcastle/Walrus (Genius.) Also the chess pieces. (Also AWESOME.) Great Designs!
