Do you not understand anything? The constitution says that these freedoms are recognized as inharent in all men and it is the constitution which porotects those natural freedoms. Take a 5 minute history lesson and see that in a society that does not recognize natural rights, freedom will not exist. If you think we will all be able to be free beings without the constitution, you are so ignorant that its sick. Look at the situations in history deemed "unconstitutional"

Freedom is not a 'natural' state and rights are not 'granted'. It is a state of affairs that must be created and protected. I don't need a history lesson as I'm quite aware of the propaganda surrounding the U.S. constitution. Truth is, freedom in America doesn't exist and despite having a 'constitution' your country IS losing liberty, justice, peace and tyrannical. And millions ARE dead and living in rubble as a result of your government and its beloved 'constitution'.

Now, by you blaming actions of men on the constitution, it shows how stupid you really are. When you have a government full of bank employees, what do you think is going to happen? I wonder which country you are from, one with no such constitution? The US constitution is probably the most brilliant idea to government because it was the first time a piece of paper was successfully made sovereign of a nation. The paper cannot change itself, and when the government doesnt obey, the people should hold them responsible. Its just they have done a very good job of brainwashing the US citizen into a fear obsessed state. everyone affraid of everything.. Hitler did the same thing..

The US is finished and the constitution hasn't saved it. You won't get your country back. I'm from England and this country is finished too and yes it does have a constitution though most people aren't aware of it. My advice: forget about constitutions and the US is a fiction. Buy guns, ammo, storable food, batteries, medicines, vitamins, etc and a copy of the bible and pray.

Its another misconception that we need government in order to survive.. the government has had absolutely nothing to do with my life and most others.. The only time anyone comes into contact with government is with police. So, in that respect, im not going into crisis mode if the retards in washington fail. The people who cant take care of themselves now, wont be able to take care of themselves then. If i need, ill hunt for food and sterilize my own water, not hard to do.

I agree with you that we don't need government. the problem I have with the constitution is not that there aren't nice things written in it it's that it was used to set up the federal government and it was done without the people's consent and therefore it's illegal and therefore obama is an imposter and all government workers are fraudsters and taxation is robbery. good luck and godspeed dude!!!

The constitution is only dead if you let it die. Its fundamental idea and purpose was to acknowledge that government can be just as good as it can be evil. Like I said, its not the constitution, its the people serving under it and them not following the rules. They have successfully brainwashed many into believing that they are. Slowly though, people will wake up and stop worrying about tiger woods and the Olympics and shit that has nothing to do with their lives..

I'm not fighting anyone! Has it really reached that point, where anyone who disagrees with a consensus opinion is regarded as 'fighting', a 'warmonger'. If you feel the need to spread the 'word', whatever that is, then do it and I wish you good luck. I think the system itself is rotten. The best you can hope for is that they've pushed it too far, the thing crumbles and a remnant will be left of decent poeple to rebuild something better and learn from the mistakes of the past.

I'll just add that the Constitution hasn't failed completely. There still is the second amendment right but it remains to be seen whether that right will have a chance of restoring moral law and order in the coming crises.

@dharmashooter The constitution has been dead since 1868. The states can't block the federal government anymore. The 14th amendment destroyed that. It was snuck in there, in with civil rights. Read it carefully. After that the government can monitor anything a state is doing and is basically king of the hill.

The Old Democratic - Republicans warned us. Jefferson hated cities. I love the old southern way of living.
