I can't believe that everyone is so negative about Anette, because her voice is so different than Tarja's. Here we have the same thing going on, and no one is comparing these 2 voices. Not saying that you should, because Doro & Tarja are both good. So is Anette. So why can't people just say that about Tarja & Anette too? They should read the comments on this vid, so they can see how it should be. :)

I love those two ladies :) It's so good just because they are too different, it's interesting. Tarja with another classic singer would not sound that good, the same Doro with another "old school metal" singer.

Doro's got a great voice and Tarja's is absolutely beautiful as always. I love the way the the vocals sort of clash but give off a great sound in the end. Tarja's voice can save the most awkard voice. Like with the few duets with toumas, she so saves him even live because her voice is strong and beautiful. I was just pointing that out I'm not saying Doro's has an awkard voice.

Doro has a different style than Tarja both sing well, so it is not fair to down Doro cuz she does not sing Tarja's style. Doro sings old school metal style rough and raw! I prefer Doro but that is only cuz I grew up on old school metal and Doro but I think Tarja is great as well too!

Hmm... For real I don't like Doro's voice at all. In my opinion her voice just ruins probably one of the best songs that Tarja has ever made. I totally prefer Tarja's version, I love her voice and almost everything she does, but this duet just sucks.

I know Doro fans will attack me. I don't care. We're all doing the same thing...

I don't like Doro's voice. At all. Doro's voice totally clashes with Tarja's voice and kind of ruins the song for me.

But that's just MY opinion. I prefer the version with Tarja and ONLY Tarja.

I think they're both good singers, but with totally different styles and should stay separate.

Yeah, it did take 7 hours. I spent an hour learning and then I had to put all the clips together and it look ages because the clips kept going out of place and stuff. That's why it took me so long, plus I wanted to get the timing right.

I have to agree with you. The original where only Tarja sings is really amazing and perfect. But by this version you can just hear that they didn`t recorded it together. They used Tarja`s CD Version and just put Doro`s Voice in it, it`s just mixed. And you can hear it well, because Doro`s Voice has an different echo than Tarja`s. If they had recorded it new, i believe it would have sound much better.

its funny s tarja is so perfically trained and doro is really raw with that fast erratic vibratro. on paper it works but when listening to it it souns rather weak. i think doro got owned though, i know shes fabulous but next to a trained singer you can see all her flaws. good try though
