  • How wonderfully recited! I am American but studying Mandarin, your tones are so far superior to mine! Any tips on what you did to practice to get that good at it?

  • Nicely done! I did some Mandarin a few years back. It's always great to hear classical Chinese poetry read with the meters and the tones done well!

  • There's a marvellous version sung in the film A Touch of Zen

  • My favourite Tang poem! Never heard it recited before.

You're not drinking alone with your shadow and the moon tonight. (^---^)[_]3

  • wow, you did a great job !

  • you are awesome, man!

  • I found a beautifully framed calligraphic rendering of Li Po/Li Bai's poem "Green Mountain" in the garbage and I took it home and hung it over my couch. It was my introduction to this poet, and Chinese poetry in general. It's also been a great conversation piece for years. But now the painting is damaged. I'm getting a rendering of this poem to replace it. Drinking Alone With The Moon resonated with me. Maybe because I'm a high functioning alcoholic with spiritual aspirations. LOL. But seriously

  • LMMMMMMMMAO. massive LOLs to you. do u actually understand the poem?

  • Haha, you're very funny and humorous.

    u're awesome though.

  • Poems about getting drunk are the best type of poetry! :D

  • kudos to you :]

you have like no western accent as well.

  • 乾杯!!!

  • I'll drink to that! ^.^

  • Great job, you get better and better. Isnt it funny how these old poams always mention the moon.
