  • @charllotte36 Hi Charlotte! How long should you do this massage more of less depends on you. How much time you have. How you're feeling that day. Suggestions: You could start doing tummy massage every day for about 20 minutes. Or every other day for 20 minutes. Some people have done it everyday for about ten minutes and experienced great results. (see what I mean about it depending on you);-)

  • I'm chock full of pms/pmdd fibroid symptoms. Since coming across your vids (and applying the techniques, of course) l'm feeling alot less bloated, tenderness & discomfort. I massage twice a week. Slowly but surely working up to a twice daily goal. Thanks for all the great tips & advice.

  • Hello! I am a fourteen year old girl, and just a few days ago I started my monthly "cycle". I've been getting them since I was about 12, but this time around was particularly bad in terms of cramps and back pains. This massage technique really helped with the pains, and made a world of difference, so I would just like to say thank you for posting this video. ^_^ I very much hope to see more videos from you soon!

  • @tmbmassive I'm pretty sure I sent you an email response but just in case you didn't get it and to also share with others who may have the same question I'm posting the response here.

    Speaking from my own personal experience anytime is a good time to use the techniques. But to get into some kind of routine try doing them a week before you period usually starts. The techniques are great for the premenstrual bloating. But of course you don't have to wait till then. Light massage during helps too
