Part 4: The fact that it is Rabbinic DOES MEAN THERE CAN BE MORE FLEXIBILITY as in the case with Polygomy which also is Biblically and of course that Chaim Ben PEsach wants to change becuase it is GOOD FOR HIM. Part 3: The reason for this was they were very immoral. When JEws were going into exile Ezra felt intermarriage should be stopped at least on the male side. Rabbi Kahane however lies about this on the You Tube Video: Rabbi Kahane speaks at Thunderbolt HOtel Part 3 and claims intermarriage is Biblically because of this passage I mention the comment before. Why is Kahane lying. He has to know this Pasuk is refurring to 7 nations yet he pretneds it is Biblical.

Part 2:On the second count it is true that today intermarriage is not allowed although when it is a Jewish woman and a Nonjewish man there are no consequences which I think is a problem. However, this was Rabbinically established by Ezra when men who at that time could engage in Polygamy married foreign and he felt it needed to be stops. On a Biblical level the only forbidden relation was to 7 specific nations mentioned in Deutoronomy Chapter 7 verse 3.
