Yes. Fly On The Wall is the shitt!! With two tees. I dunno why it's disrespected. They are bar none the greatest bar band of all time. It's saloon rock. The drummer does absolutely nothing, but he gets you to dance. And that's the key. The bottom line is: Busy drummers and intricate riffs confuse girls. I bet AC/DC PLAYS with more GIRLS than TOOL or DREAM THEATRE.

I think that if Angus and Malcolm had done a better job of producing the album that it might have appealed more to the hardcore fans. I think both FOTW and Flick of The Switch are very underrated. Same with POWERAGE.
@sexpistol66 Except me.... i had the album and wore a fly on the tee-shirt proudly through high school. Alot people said the album was lame. I disagreed
OMG, this riff is amazing, fuckin good song \m/ That's AC/DC's spirit ! Rock'n'Roll forever ! i'm dissapointed that this album is underrated, like Flick of the Switch, I think they're both excellent... AC/DC, rock on !
@fattybolger not a single song of AC/DC is crap, and brian johnson's voice will always be hard, steel, power and natural, how i like it, bon would have sounded a little rawer when he was 38 or 39, but that's your opinion, rock on mate
@aceyeah you're freakin' right but angus doesn't do anything like van halen, cause (in my opinion) he's better, but you're dam right that this isn't a bad album, it rocks, and you rock mate :)
@aceyeah i don't know why but to me angus' guitar sound seems to be different than normally. i mean it's great and i love it, it's one of de best AC/DC albums to me. to me it looks like the songs are different, great but just put together on a different way. angus' guitar stuff is different. just perfect, every single song on this album.
This is the best song from that album, the reason this album wasnt their biggest hit is cos many AC/DC elements isnt there. First Phil Rudd and many other things that made it sound too much like 80's hardrock and didnt contain very much of AC/DCs style. when i first heard these songs on Family Jewels i though it sounded strange, but it is much better than all music today and its not bad.
yeah, I dunno why they didnt get harry vanda and george young to produce it, then perhaps with a more clearer sound and better recording knoledge it wouldnt have got all the critisism it didnt even deserve in the first place!
I totally agree about the poor production on this album..same with FLICK OF THE SWITCH..The band produced both albums themselves (or more like Angus and Malcolm produced FOTW)..If they had done a better job...Both albums are definitely underrated.
Oh I thought it was okay too but I'm guessing some people didn't think so..I'd really like to see them play GUNS FOR HIRE or NERVOUS SHAKEDOWN on this tour.
I agree ...a brilliant album, different yes ,but so underrated and this song is one of the best on it, such an awesome track ,killer guitar riff and I love the lyrics ,dunno why a lot of fans dislike Fly On The Wall... :(
i tell ya, this song isn't too far behind Back In Black. this song is never heard on radio but it fucken should be! same with EVERY OTHER AC/DC SONG THERE IS.
They are underrated, because one they were the only self-produced albums AC/DC had and two Brian's voice was starting to go in the Flick of the Switch album, and near the end of going in Fly on the Wall. I didn't say it was gone, I said it was hitting the end of the road, and only because of Who Made Who being the last album he had a spark left in his voice.
What are you talking about??? I'm talking about Who Made Who being the last album his voice even remotely sounded like it did for Back in Black, not even Blow Up Your Video had that sound, it had that really raspy edge Brian has to his voice when singing. (Not anymore since his voice is going back to the '80s but it had a raspy edge for his last 4 albums.)
don't know why Flick of the switch and Fly on the wall are so undervalued.Sink the pink? What?Rush job???I'll never understand, this 2 albums are 2 masterpieces..
This is one of the better songs of the album along with first blood.Rest of the album is pretty much rubbish. This song kinda has a similiar sound to songs from from the Back in Black and Highway to Hell albums....much better groove to it.
