@HaIo360 right click your left 4dead 2 demo in steam then choose properties and set launch options... type in "-console" without quotes then when you launch the game its open now type in the console "bind F12 Toggleconsole" without the quotes and then go in to options in the game mouse/keyboard or whatever it names was then turn on developer console now when you press F12 on your keyboard it should open otherwise send me an PM

An alternative, easier way would be going ingame, click Options, click Keyboard, click Advanced, click Enable Developer Console.

I always thought it's the director's eye. Sometimes it grows very large and sometimes it shrinks to a little golf ball (which means the director is in quiet mode)

@Killuminati91 No HAHA, the sky is missing it's texture. Black and pink checkboard textures mean you don't have the texture file.
