  • Cool. Yeah, I catch myself coming on hear watching this old live shows too...much easier than digging through my system looking for the originals, lol.

  • is this knitting factory playlist the exact order of how they played the songs?

  • Nope. I don't think anyone remembers the order anymore unless, he/she snagged the playlist.

  • i miss midtown.

    this is so amazing.

  • gives me the chills every time i watch this video. RIP Midtown

  • I know what you mean. They played two shows right after they had finished FWYK, NYC Knitting Factory and LA Troubadour. I was at the Troubadour and it was awesome (though I think the NYC will always be better).

  • man, i miss these guys. i admit i didn't discover them until "forget what you know" had just come out, but they're still one of my favorite groups.

    heath is the man.

  • this is my all time favorite midtown song EVER!

  • This is up there with many others.

  • mine too!

  • word homie! =)

  • great song

    great band

  • agreed.

  • Had the privilege to see Midtown 3x. awesome times made better having my girl Shell with me - but that's incidental!!!!!!!!

  • fuckin special!!

  • only thing that beats this is seeing "come on" live, oh the good old days of midtown...end of an era.

  • I used to play this song all the time when I was chilling with my friends with my guitar.

Unfortunately, they never played come on when I saw them live, and that's like one of my favorite songs of theirs. But I did get to hear them play resting sound!

  • At The Glasshouse, Heath sand Living In Spite with me in person across the street, I had to remind him the lyrics, but my dad interrupted because he wanted to go home already :)

  • Call me weird, but I personally think Heath is the best vocalist in the band. He has an amazing voice.

  • I think it depends on the song because for the last album I cannot imagine him singing lead on "Nothing is ever what it seems".

  • the best

  • Great!

  • They just need to start making music again.. I can't stand listening to all those old songs, I know by hard..

  • could you tell me teh playlist of this show?

  • dude, this performance was from the january 22, 2004 show (right before the release of the fwyk album). i have a good memory, but not that great hahaha

  • Have they split up though?

  • well heath is apparently pissed off at gabe for being a selfish bastard so yeah they are on an indefinite break until they make up lol

  • What happened there?

  • new album??? uh, they on indefinite hiatus...last album was 2004.

  • Very good! when releases the new album???

  • My favorite Midtown Song, a classic of theirs.

  • Can you guys believe this was back in January 2004...nearly 3 years ago...time sure does fly...i love this song!
