You get curved pools from the late night expansion pack. You also are able to put pools on any house level and you get basements. Hope this helped!

Actually you will be able to use the curved pool tool in basic sims 3, but you will have to download the latest update.

@FluturasNuMaiAiAripi This came with Late Night, but according to other people you get it in an update. Check and make sure that your game is up to date. I think it also comes with the fountain. Let me know if this helps! :)

@FluturasNuMaiAiAripi you dont need an expansion pack just go to build mode and there you have create a pool then you go you curved pool and you can put the sliders all to the far right then you can buiold it in a circle thats what i did for my circular pool
