  • To all that want to do this asana. Do it gradually. Learn first the perfect pose and then hold it for more time ~ 15 - 20  min to SEE the results. ( this is the most powerful asana )

    try to do this next to the wall/door and when you're up - tuck your but in, reach up high with legs, that's how I learnt

  • It is called an inversion posture and it reverse your blood circulation. More blood come back to heart and more blood pumped to the brain which is one of the highest metabolic organ of the body. Needs lot of oxygen and nutrients. Inversion posture feeds your brain with all those good things. If you low in oxygen the first organ that is affected in your body is your brain. It is very delicate and demanding.
